The two DFG-funded research consortia (SFB 958 and SFB/TRR 186) are pleased to announce the 4th International Symposium and look forward to welcoming you in March 2023 in Berlin.

The main objective of the Symposium is to present a state-of-art view on the organizational principles behind complex biological functions. The underlying concept is the functional protein module with a special emphasis on biological membranes.

This conference will include a combination of oral and poster sessions, covering the latest findings across the following topics.

Ø  Phase Separation – Membranes / Membraneless Compartments

Ø  Phase Separation – Cytoplasm / Nucleus / Stress Granules

Ø  Immune Signaling, cAMP

Ø  TOR, Autophagy and Metabolic re-wiring

Ø  Membrane Protein Synthesis and Quality Control

 

The meeting will promote scientific discussions and will identify key issues to be addressed in near-future research.

 

The Symposium will be held from March 29-31, 2023, at the SEMINARIS Campus Hotel in Berlin-Dahlem.
